Tribute to Pink Floyd
Since 2006, FLOYD FACTOR have been meticulously recreating the legendary sounds of PINK FLOYD and thrilling audiences of up to 10,000 in Canada and the US. During this time, FLOYD FACTOR has established itself as the platinum standard for tributes and has shared the stage with some of rock’s legends.
What really sets FLOYD FACTOR apart from the others is the incredible likeness of the lead vocals to the original members of PINK FLOYD combined with the intensely accurate note-for-note instrumental work. These are the band’s hallmarks and the foundation on which their reputation has been built.
FLOYD FACTOR features two brilliant veteran guitarists (Andre Filippetti and Sam Boutzouvis), ensuring that all of David Gilmour’s recorded parts are present and accounted for in note-for-note detail, as well as an award winning, JUNO-nominated keyboardist, Dylan Bell. The band is rounded out by a veteran rhythm section, and six gifted vocalists, including the show-stopping vocals of Ms. Chloe Watkinson, whose rendition of Great Gig in The Sky is a highlight in every show. PINK FLOYD’S soaring saxophone lines are beautifully rendered by (Chloe’s father) Terry Watkinson, a former member of Canadian prog-rock stewards MAX WEBSTER and celebrated artist.
